Products. What products are available online?
Our full range of Modern Display products are available online, including fixtures, textiles, and decorative accessories. However, inventory may occasionally differ between our retail location and website.

Gifts. Can I send items as gifts?
Most items can be sent as a gift. You can include a gift message at no additional charge. Unfortunately, extra large items and those shipped directly from our suppliers cannot be gift-wrapped. Gift Certificates. Can I purchase or redeem gift certificates online?
Ordering gift certificates online is not currently available. Please call our customer service department at 1.800.666.4564. Modern Display gift certificates are available in increments of $20. They are redeemable for Modern Display merchandise or services. Gift certificates will be mailed first class free of charge. Rush delivery is also available for $6.50. Unfortunately, at present, we cannot redeem gift certificates online.

To buy online from this site, you need an SSL-enabled browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Our site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher. If you are using AOL and you are experiencing problems, try using Internet Explorer while connected to AOL. If you are using a Macintosh computer, our site is compatible with OS9.0, OS10, and Safari.

PDF Viewer. What program do I need to view PDF files?
To open our catalogs that are in the PDF format, you need Adobe Acrobat, or a similar client installed. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat to open PDF files. Adobe Acrobat is a free program that allows you to open and print PDF files. You can get it for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Order Confirmation. Will I receive an order confirmation via email?
If you provide your email address when you order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours after you have placed it. Return Policy. What is Modern Display's return policy?
We are proud of the products we offer and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Modern Display purchases are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund of merchandise cost. After 30 days, we will replace or return your purchase against manufacturer's defects. Some exceptions may apply to special order/creation items. Please contact us at 1.800.666.4564 for assistance with returns.

Returns. How can I return merchandise?
For all merchandise (other than merchandise that was special ordered/created, or supplier sent items. For these items please call us at 1.800.666.4564). If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please read 'lost return instructions'. On your return form, indicate the reason for return and the action you would like taken, such as "replace" or "refund." Enclose the return form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form for your records. Do not send us items before contacting us. Doing so may result in a lost return which we are not responsible for. Additionally, we suggest returning your items via a method that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery, and is insurable.

Lost return instructions. What if I want to make a return, but no longer have the return instructions?
If you no longer have the return instructions, please call our customer service department at 1.800.666.4564 Monday thru Saturday, 9am till 6pm., so that they may reference your order and provide you with the appropriate order number to include with your return. This will greatly expedite the return process. They will also advise you on the return process. Additionally, we suggest returning your items via a method that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery. Do not send us items before contacting us. Doing so may result in a lost return which we are not responsible for. Please include the following information with your return:

SHIPPING

Shipping Options. What shipping options do you offer?
Modern Display ships at a flat rate per service level. Your options include standard home/ground delivery (UPS ground; $7.50), second day air service (UPS Blue 2DA; $12.50), and rush delivery (UPS Red NDA; $21.00) on orders. Some large items, such as Christmas Trees, may be subject to additional freight charges.

Shipping and Delivery costs. How do you calculate shipping, handling, and delivery surcharges?
Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate for most shipments. Large item shipments and special orders may have different costs. See the above FAQ for details on the flat charges.
