- Sometimes the shipping rates displayed on the website will not be accurate. If this is the case, we will contact you via phone and/or email before shipping your items or charging your card.
- A business day is considered to be Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Will Call is available for same day pickup from our Salt Lake City store. To place your order through Will Call, please call us after placing your online order at 1-800-666-4564. Shipping & Handling charges will not apply or be charged to your card.

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you need to return an item, we accept returns on merchandise that is in original, unused condition. Refunds are given less original shipping costs. Returns within 30 days of original purchase are credited via original payment method. Returns after 30 days are refunded to an in store gift card (gift cards cannot be used online, but may be processed over the phone if necessary).
Any items sold at clearance (50% off or more) would be considered final sale. Both original and sale prices are listed online for your convenience.
Holiday items purchased online or in store must be returned 5 business days prior to that holiday in order to receive a full refund.
Returns without record of original purchase (receipt or order detail) will be given the last sale price for that item in the form of an in-store gift card. Certain restrictions apply.
How do I return an item?
Contact us prior to returning your item for the best possible service. If items are shipped, upon receiving your item we will refund your purchase, less original shipping costs. Return shipments should include an original receipt and be marked Attn: Online Returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we received the return of your item.
