Return Policy
Return Policy with original receipt
All items on sale are final. No returns or exchanges.
All seasonal items sold at regular price are returnable within 30 days of purchase or 10 days before the holiday occurs (whichever is first).
All regular priced items sold are returnable within 30 days of purchase.
All float materials must be returned by July 30th.
All Christmas trees must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Contact us prior to returning your item for the best possible service. If items are shipped, upon receiving your item we will refund your purchase, less original shipping costs. Return shipments should include an original receipt and be marked Attn: Online Returns. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we received the return of your item.
